Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ARK GENESIS, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Fees: We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 and free shipping on orders over $75. Bulk orders/products are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

Delivery Timeframes: Vary by location. Most Australian metro areas: 3–7 business days. Regional or remote areas may take longer.

Couriers: We use reputable providers (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle, etc.) and provide tracking where available.

Delays: ARK GENESIS is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or natural events.

Retail Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at checkout before any products are dispatched. No order will be shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.

Warranty Policy

Our products are designed with quality and durability in mind. ARK GENESIS offers a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Wholesale Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: Full payment is due within 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GST: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. ARK GENESIS is registered for GST in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until the date payment is received.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified on the invoice. Bank details will be provided on the invoice.

Ownership of Goods: Title and ownership of goods remain with ARK GENESIS until full payment is received and cleared.

Disputes and Queries: Any queries or disputes regarding the invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date to finance@arkgenesis.com.au

Cancellations or Refunds: Cancellations or refund requests are subject to the ARK GENESIS refund and returns policy, available upon request.

Custom Order Policy

Custom orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • Lead times vary depending on design complexity and order size.
  • A 50% deposit may be required prior to production.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable, except in the case of defects.
  • Please reach out with your requirements to receive a quote and estimated delivery time.

Social Media & Marketing Disclaimer

By tagging or submitting content to ARK GENESIS, you grant us permission to repost or use your content in marketing, unless otherwise advised.

  • You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting a photo to Ark Genesis™ for inclusion in our customer gallery or by tagging/submitting content through email, social media, or other channels linked to Ark Genesis™, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights & Consent

By providing your photo to Ark Genesis™, you grant Ark Genesis™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to:

  • Share, repost, or use your image across Ark Genesis™ social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and future platforms.

2. Photo Removal Policy
